Who we are
Shri Datta Gramin Va Shahari Vidya Prasarak Mandal, Akola, was established by a youth group in 1993 with the purpose of social accountability. It is a secular, non-political, non-government and non-profit making organization formed a group of professionally qualified workers of different reputed institutions, educated locals, having real interest and the commitment to serve the people of different religions, languages and especially the locals who are in need.

Mission
We have a plan to work for the development our marginalized groups of society like poor, street and working children, Dalits women & child development issues and was charity to the neglected senior citizens, during destitute and victims of various of common diseases like leprosy, tuberculosis and AIDS.
Vision
The good of all making irrespective of caste, creed or religion for just human society. Literacy and social awareness, self-realization and self-support, community health, wealth liberation & leadership, relief & rehabilitation empowerment and encouraging the people.
Purpose
While working in society we found the major income from agriculture created a lot of problems like economic, socio-economic, social, family breaking, women’s health, literacy, suicides due to debt, consumption of alcoholic drugs, non-education, health which ends into criminal attitude or frustration.
Due to work with the community organization developed skills and knowledge regarding different aspects of social issues and expanded its area of work in society. In the last five years with the professional & experienced staff, resourceful training center organization has framed its vision & mission to work for the upliftment of women, children, youth & farmers. Major areas of work are Natural resources like water, land, education, Training & health.Today organizations equipped with 7 full-time workers, 5 part-time workers & 17 volunteer.Today organization is implementing state & central government schemes regarding.
